We market properties that are suitable for any number of uses including fine country homes, working arable and livestock farms, equestrian properties, secluded country estates and attractive period cottages, all in and around the South Molton area and North Devon.

Based in South Molton, we cover the whole of North Devon and Mid Devon and down as far as Bampton and Dulverton on the Somerset border. In fact, anywhere – we currently have several very beautiful and prestigious French properties on our books as well.
